Common Questions
How do I book a car?
Fill in the quote form or message us on WhatsApp or Zalo with your pick-up point, drop-off, date, time and number of guests. For airport pickups, add your flight number. We reply with a fixed price and, once you confirm, send the driver’s name, phone and car plate the day before.
How do I pay? Is there a deposit?
No prepayment is needed for most trips. You pay the driver at the end of the trip in Vietnamese dong or US dollars, or by bank transfer. Multi-day packages may need a small deposit, and we tell you before you confirm.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. To change the time or route, just message us: we adjust the plan and confirm any price difference first.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and the driver follows the real landing time. Waiting for a delayed flight is free, and the driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign.
How much luggage fits in each car?
A sedan takes 2–3 large suitcases, a 7-seat MPV 3–4, the 9-seat limousine up to 8 and the 16-seat van about 12. Tell us about bulky items such as golf bags, surfboards or strollers and we pick a car that fits.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, child seats and boosters are free on request. Tell us the age of each child when you book so the right seat is fitted before pickup.
